POTTERY LEARNING EXPERIENCE
POTS MAKE GREAT GIFTS OR A SWAPPIN' MEETIN' SOUVENIR !
The Professional Pottery Program at SKCTC, now in its third year, is once again planning a hands-on demonstration in pottery making during this year's Swappin' Meetin'. We would like to invite your students to participate. Each student will be given a pot, which they will then glaze and we will fire for them. Students and teachers will be able to pick up their finished pots while they are at the Swappin' Meetin'. The cost will be $5.00 per pot for students and $10.00 for adults.
Pottery students and Instructors will be on hand to assist and explain the process and help you integrate the experience into your arts and humanities curriculum.
To have enough pots on hand and to insure that anyone who wants to can work on a pot, we ask you to call one of the numbers below to give us the number of students and adults who may want to participate. It is not necessary to pre-pay, although it would be permitted.
