Our Purpose
Pine Mountain Community Development Corporation was established to facilitate the creation and retention of jobs in the Southeastern Kentucky counties of Bell, Harlan, and Letcher. The primary recipients of funds will be small business or entrepreneurs.
Loans and technical assistance through this program are available by application to the SouthEast Kentucky Community and Technical College Rural Community College Initiative.
