About Us
Created in 1997, as a Multi-bank Community Development Corporation, PMCDC has provided more that 40 loans to businesses in Bell, Harlan, and Letcher Counties. Loans and technical assistance are available to all eligible businesses and entrepreneurs in the region.
PMCDC provides loans for development of new businesses and expansion of existing businesses. Loan funds may be required for:
Business acquisitions
Modernization or product development
Purchase of land, equipment, materials, machinery, or supplies
Start-up operating costs and capital
