New Users / Password Resets
If this is your first time accessing this system or you have forgotten your password and need to reset your password then you will need to Activate your account.   During activation you will receive your user account, e-mail address and be able to set or reset your password.  If your account is locked out from trying to logon with an invalid username or password this will also unlock your account.

Misuse of this resource may result in disciplinary action! Any user who uses this system is responsible for all transmissions made with the User ID and password assigned to that user. Users should never share User ID and password information with any other persons.  KCTCS is not responsible for any actions or results of actions encountered by users as a consequence of their usage of this system.

Note: The e-mail system undergoes preventative maintenance every Sunday morning. During the times of 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM, the e-mail system may be unavailable!  The services and appearance of this system are subject to change at any time.
