| FACTS Tuition Payment Plan | |||
| Southeast Community College is pleased to offer the FACTS Tuition Payment Plan to enable students to more easily afford their education expenses. Students may make payments by either automatic bank reparations or by charging payment to their Visa or Mastercard. Because FACT is not a loan program, there is no debt incurred, no credit search and there is no interest or finance charges assessed by FACTS on the unpaid balance. | Health Fee | |||
| As a service to students attending Southeast Kentucky Communty and Technical College, healthcare coverage is provided for all full-time students. Students are required to pay an $72 health fee that will provide services for individuals attending SKCTC in Harlan, Bell and Letcher counties. Through an arrangement with local health care providers, students will be granted treatment at medical facilities located within the service area of the college. This fee is non-refundable | |||

Students enrolling in a course offered by the Kentucky Education Television System (KET) will be assessed a fee of $22 per course and the fee is non-refundable. |
