22 Last day to withdraw from a KCTCS college and receive a 100% tuition refund
22 Last day to arrange a Student Tuition and Fee Payment Plan
22 Last day to pay registration fees to avoid cancellation of registration
22 Last day to enter organized class for fall semester
22 Last day to change from audit to credit
22 Last day to drop a course without a grade
22 Last day for reinstatement of students who failed to pay registration fees
September
01 Labor Day  (legal holiday)
15 Last day to withdraw from a KCTCS college and receive 50% tuition refund
19 Last day to file an application for a December degree in the Office of the Registrar
October
01 KYVC Registration Begins
11 Mid-Term
11 Last day to change from credit to audit
11 Last day for students, at their discretion, to officially withdraw from a class & receive a grade of "W"
