17 Last day to withdraw from a KCTCS college and receive a 100% tuition refund
17 Last day to arrange a Student Tuition and Fee Payment Plan
17 Last day to pay registration fees to avoid cancellation of registration
17 Last day to enter organized class for fall semester
17 Last day to change from audit to credit
17 Last day to drop a course without a grade
31 Last day for reinstatement of students who failed to pay registration fees
September
03 Labor Day  (legal holiday)
11 Last day to withdraw from a KCTCS college and receive 50% tuition refund
17 Last day to file an application for a December degree in the Office of the Registrar
October
05 Mid-Term
05 Last day to change from credit to audit
05 Last day for students, at their discretion, to officially withdraw from a class & receive a grade of "W"
08 Bi-Term Begins  
12 Fall Break (academic holiday)

21-23 Thanksgiving Day (academic holiday)
