[Text Only Version] Admission Policies A student enrolling at Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College for the first time, or reentering after being out one or more semesters, must file an application for admission or re-entry.  

Students may be admitted to a Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College as freshmen, as students with advanced standing from other institutions, as transient students, or as non-degree students.  Admitted students may be subject to placement requirements.
