Kim Maynard, Recruiter/Student Activities
Welcome! Recruiting & Student Activities are jobs that I have enjoyed for the past six years. I love traveling KY, TN, and Virginia recruiting prospective students because I believe in Southeast. I look at Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College as a family. Once you are a part of the Southeast family you will agree the experience is a rare and valuable one. The staff and faculty work together with one common interest: you the student. You are not a number at Southeast; personal attention is provided to each student in the classroom. You can expect to be challenged academically by professors who care about your success.
At Southeast partnerships are vital to our success as we work hand in hand with the public schools, area technology centers, other colleges and universities, along with business & industry.
The opportunities that lie ahead for students are numerous as Southeast enjoys cooperative agreements which bring bachelor & graduate programs to our Southeast campuses. No longer will our residents have to leave the area to get a four year degree.
Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College wants their students to succeed. If you're looking for a partner in education Southeast should be your number one choice, because you will be our number one priority.
