NARRATIVE/JUSTIFICATION FOR JUDGMENT OF COMPLIANCE

The college provides support programs for all students through efforts of a highly qualified student affairs staff [1].  The supporting documents contain a listing which provides name, job title, and academic qualifications for each student services staff member [2].

Professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional organizations is encouraged [3].  Travel to meetings is also encouraged within budget constraints.   The College offers six (6) credit hours of course work each semester at any Institution of public higher education in Kentucky to all full-time KCTCS employees at no cost.

The effectiveness of student services is evaluated through the Graduate Exit Survey [4]. The results of the survey are stated in Compliance Standard 2.10.
