NARRATIVE/JUSTIFICATION FOR JUDGMENT OF COMPLIANCE

Each program at Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College has a designated program coordinator who is academically qualified in the field [1].  The Dean of Academic Affairs (Chief Academic Officer), Dr. Wheeler Conover [2], serves as program coordinator for associate in arts and associate in science programs.  The KCTCS Board of Regents and Administrative Polices outline program coordination and curricular responsibilities [3].

Each person is academically qualified in the field of responsibility and given the equivalent of three hours released time to oversee the program.  Program coordinators are responsible for completing the written program review each academic year and for giving the oral program report every three years.
