NARRATIVE/JUSTIFICATION FOR JUDGMENT OF COMPLIANCE

Guidelines for college procedures in the appointment and employment of faculty and staff are included in KCTCS Administrative Policies and Procedures, Section 2, Human Resources Related Policies [1].  These policies list and define procedures to be followed in the hiring of personnel at SKCTC.  Sections 2.1 [2] and 2.6 [3] deal specifically with faculty appointment and promotion.

Information concerning employment opportunities can be accessed from the SKCTC Web Page [4] and from postings on each of the College’s campuses.  Moreover, the information is published in the Faculty and Staff Handbook [5], which can also be accessed electronically.
