NARRATIVE/JUSTIFICATION FOR JUDGMENT OF COMPLIANCE

The hiring of administrative personnel employed by SKCTC follows guidelines established in KCTCS Administrative Policies [1]. Their credentials, on file in the Human Resources office, demonstrate that these individuals possess the education, experience, and competence to lead the Institution [2].  Included in their personnel file is information concerning the incumbents’ education, related occupational experiences, as well as descriptions of other leadership positions which they may have held previously.  In the hiring process, considerable attention is also focused on the job specifications for the position being filled, and all efforts are made to ensure that candidates meet or exceed these job expectations.
