NARRATIVE/JUSTIFICATION FOR JUDGMENT OF COMPLIANCE

Kentucky Revised Statute (KRS) 164.321 [1] established that members of the KCTCS Board of Regents and the SKCTC Board of Directors may be removed by the Governor for cause, which includes neglect of duty or malfeasance in office, after being afforded a hearing with the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education and a finding of fact by the council.
