NARRATIVE/JUSTIFICATION FOR JUDGMENT OF COMPLIANCE

The Southeast Education Foundation, Inc.[1], a 501c3 non-profit entity approved by the Internal Revenue Service, is operated by an independent Board of Directors [2] in support of the mission and goals of Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College.  The Foundation is a KCTCS-affiliated foundation and operates in accordance with Board of Regents Policy 7.4 [3].
