10	To launch at least three major initiatives through the Office of Community and Business Development and continue to serve as a partner with the community in all areas of economic development, with particular emphasis to be given to: § Continuing the development of industrial sites at strategic locations in our service area and the recruitment of business and industry; § Working to increase the importance of cultural tourism, with the establishment of portions of Benham and Lynch as either a National Historical Park or a National Heritage Area; § Planning for a Visitors’ Center on U.S. 23 in Letcher County and on U.S. 25E in Bell County § Supporting new opportunities for sustainable development through origination and expansion of innovative programming, including aquaculture, arts and crafts design, and videography.
