Harlan County - Cumberland
The Computer Operations Department of the Cumberland Campus currently
supports software and networking services on approximately 350 computers.
These computers are located in student use labs, both open and restricted
access, admninstrative offices, and faculty offices. The Cumberland Campus
also provides support to the Harlan County service area on an as-needed
as-able basis.
Computer Operations at Cumberland began in 1987 with the implementation of
10 computers in a student use computer lab. Since that time, Southeast
Community College, as a whole, has driven the technological bandwagon to
lead us to the present approximately 900 computers college wide.
Our goal is to provide a technologically sound computer and network
connection to every office and every classroom at Southeast Community College.
