Description: An individual reported seeing the candy machine glass broken in the lobby of the Applied Science Building. The incident has been reported to the Middlesboro City Police and has been reported to the vending machine owner through the business office. Apparently, the machine was broken at around 2:30 PM. The incident remains under investigation.
