Purpose

The SKCTC Office of Business Affairs exists to provide leadership and support in the areas of budget, accounting, human resources, auxiliary services, facilities/equipment/transportation management, communication infrastructure, and safety and security of the college. The multi-campus organization of the Business Office supports the mission of the college in handling all transactions of a business or financial nature and insures adherence to KCTCS Business Procedures and stewardship of college resources.

Goals

The Office of Business Affairs supports the College's mission through the following goals.

• To Maintain accurate and current information regarding payment policy and payment options available to students
• To provide students a safe and secure campus environment.
• To provide auxiliary services to address student, faculty and staff needs.
• To assist and provide business services that foster student success.
• To maintain efficient and effective maintenance and operations of college facilities and equipment while maintaining and improving on current standards of cleanliness and maintenance operations.
• To provide custody, accountability, receipt and disbursement of restricted and unrestricted funds.
• To provide accurate, up-to-date payroll and human resources information and service to all Southeast Kentucky
