Career Opportunities:

Many graduates are employed by hospitals in surgical suites, emergency departments, women’s

services departments, and central processing departments. Additional areas include ambulatory

surgery centers, surgical support companies, and as self-employed technologists. In the private

scrub role, they are employed directly by surgeons, physicians and dentists.
